When will my order be processed?
Once you pay, we ship as quickly as possible. Delivery time is typically 7–21 days. Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Allow extra time during holidays and sales.
Shipping confirmation
A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes on international orders.
Tracking
As the receiver, you are solely responsible for tracking your order and submitting any necessary customs requirements. If an order is returned to the sender due to lack of follow-up, we cannot process a refund or replacement for free.
Delivery
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time, which may delay delivery. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, a notice card may be left.
Taxes & duties
Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Customs & regulations
You are responsible for checking local postal regulations for restricted items.
Foreign transaction fees
If your credit card is in a currency other than USD, you may be charged a different exchange rate and possibly a foreign transaction fee by your bank. We are not responsible for these fees.
Cancellation/Changes
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately. Once the warehouse has processed your order, changes are no longer possible. Orders that have been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
