How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for return. Our customer service team will review your request. If approved, we will process a refund. The refund amount (full or partial) will depend on the circumstances. You are responsible for any processing fees incurred.
Only items purchased directly from Veterans Pride Shop are eligible for returns.
How long does the return process take?
Processing your refund may take up to 7 business days from the date we receive your return request. You will receive a notification or email confirmation once the refund is complete.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. After approval, refunds are credited within 3–5 business days. If you paid by credit or debit card, please contact your issuing bank for details.
Non-returnable items include incorrect products purchased and products damaged due to customer mishandling. Return requests without proof of purchase or photos may be rejected. Veterans Pride Shop reserves the right to deny any return.
What if I received defective, incorrect, or damaged items?

In some cases, we may require a video or photo of the defect to process a refund or replacement.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and requested modification. No cancellation fee applies to order cancellations, but a refund request will incur a processing fee. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
