You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We will only cover shipping costs if the item is damaged and needs a replacement.

Please keep in mind that our products are primarily sourced from overseas, which is why delivery may take some time. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. However, we do accommodate damaged items or lost-in-transit packages—provided we receive proof (as outlined in our refund section) within 5 days of receiving your order.
